The DULON family have been winemakers from father to son for more than 250 years in the Entre Deux Mers area. Château Grand Jean is the oldest vineyard of Dulon’s family.
We find all the freshness we expect from an Entre-deux-mers with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits on the nose. The palate is all finesse and slightly acidic.
Served between 8° and 10°, it will perfectly accompany your summer meals, fish, seafood, especially oysters.

- Appellation : AOP ENTRE DEUX MERS YEAR?
- Blend : 45 % Sauvignon Blanc, 30 % Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon Gris.
- ABV : ??? %
- Soil : Clay-limestone soil. Mechanical harvesting early in the morning to keep the maximum freshness and avoid oxidation.
Maturing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for several months to refine the aromas and bring roundness. - Yield : Annual production 40000
- Winemaking : Samples of grapes are taken and tasted in order to harvest them at optimum ripeness. Pressing with selection of must, cold stabilization, racking of the must to extract the finest aromas, fermentation at a lower temperature, maturing on the lees during 3 months to obtain aromas and rounded taste, filtering, blending and bottling.
- Color :With a clear and bright colour.
- Nose : Explosive and fruity nose, a typical character of the Sauvignon grape variety.
- Palate : The mouth is lively and tense.
- Serving temperature : Between 8° and 10°C.
- Preservation : 2 years
- Food pairings : This wine is excellent for aperitif, with salads, white meats, grilled fish, seafood and oysters.
